Email signatures are used by many corporations to show continuity of a branded company name. These signatures are commonly created through Outlook, this process can negatively affect formatting, and the signature can show up as an attachment in the recipient’s email. This can become an issue when users wish to sort emails by attachment, which they commonly do.
Because creating signatures through Outlook has its disadvantages, PTA promotes the use of Exclaimer Signature software that operates on a corporate email server to automatically create, update and apply vivid signatures. The server can also apply certain rules for certain groups in your organization while automatically formatting the right signature for the right personnel. Specific rules can be applied based on recipient, sender and other data. Users can provide the sales team with one signature and legal with another.
Multilingual signatures can also be set up for certain recipients.
Since the signature is applied after the email is sent from the employees desktop, but prior to hitting the web, the same signature can be stamped on emails going from devices such as iPhones, Blackberry’s, Outlook web access etc. Every email gets branding regardless of the user or device used to send it. So wherever you are, business looks good.
This product works with Exchange 2010/2013/2016 and SBS editions, and Signature Manager is for Outlook 2007, 2013 and 2016.
