Platinum–
No additional Fees per month
General service packs and updates applied as required
24/7 Monitoring of all core servers and phone systems
4-8 Hour response time for critical issues
No extra overtime, weekend or Holiday fees
Great for organizations looking for a set IT cost
Silver–
A base amount of hours agreed upon at a reduced rate (similar to a cell phone package)
4-8 Hour response time for critical issues
Overtime, weekend or Holiday’s are included
Additional hours are billed at our standard rate
Great for reducing hourly rate with still the same fast service
Bronze–
Billed per hour for all services included detailed billing
8-24 Hour response time for critical issues
Overtime, weekend or Holiday’s are billed at a higher rate
Great for pay as you go services
