We provide server monitoring across multiple platforms (Windows, VMware, Linux, and more). We will pinpoint many problems before your end-users do alerting you to potential capacity problems before they exist. Server and workstation resources such as Memory, CPU, Disk, and Network resources are considered during this monitoring.
PTA offers several plans including a fixed-price per month and pay as you go hourly rates. The fixed price plans include comprehensive server monitoring, after hours support access, and help desk services. PTA will try to be less intrusive and work on your system after normal business hours yet onsite visits will be available when needed
If you choose a package plan that is fixed per month our Sales Team will work with you to define the amount of hours you require.
